Registration Guidelines

General Rules

1. All delegates attending the IAMM Maharashtra Chapter State Conference, MahaMicroCon–2027, must register and pay the applicable full delegate fee.
2. Registration for the conference is mandatory for all speakers.
3. The registration form must be duly completed through this website and submitted.
4. Forms without payment or with partial payment will not be processed. Such delegates will not be considered registered.
5. Conference registration fees do not include registration for CMEs / workshops.
6. Conference registration is mandatory for all participants attending CMEs / workshops.
7. Delegates attending CMEs or workshops must pay the respective CME / workshop fees separately.
8. Registration for SAARC delegates will be at par with Indian delegates, in INR.
9. Delegate fees for the conference or workshops do not include travel and stay expenses during the conference / CMEs / workshops.
10. All conversion, remittance, bank and online transaction charges are to be paid by the delegate.
11. An acknowledgement will be sent after successful registration (Registration ID by email).
12. Registration fees are exempted for the President and all Executive Committee members of IAMM, life members of IAMM who are above 65 years of age, and past presidents of IAMM.

Delegate Fee for PG Students pursuing MD Microbiology

1. PG students must submit a covering letter from the Professor and Head of the Department where the student is registered and currently pursuing postgraduate studies.
2. Registrations without the accompanying letter from the HOD will be rejected by the Organizing Committee.

Accompanying Person

1. Registration is mandatory for accompanying person(s) above 12 years of age.
2. Accompanying person fees include attendance at lunch and tea/coffee sessions planned during the conference (does not include the banquet).
3. Accompanying persons will not receive a delegate bag, souvenir or certificate.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 20% administrative charges will be deducted if cancellation is done before 15 August 2027.
2. Cancellations after 15 August 2027 will not be refunded.
3. No refund or cancellation is applicable for pre-conference workshops and CMEs.
4. For refund of the registration amount, the delegate should place a written request by email with complete details of payment and registration.
5. Payment shall be refunded one month after the conference to the account from which the booking transaction took place.
