Quick answers to common queries

Who can register for the conference?
Medical microbiologists, clinicians, postgraduate and undergraduate students, research scholars, laboratory professionals, nurses, allied health professionals, and industry delegates are welcome to register.
Is IAMM membership mandatory?
No. Both IAMM members and non-members can register. Members typically enjoy a preferential registration fee.
How can registration fees be paid?
Online payment via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking will be supported through the registration portal (subject to university approval). Institutional payment options may also be available.
Can registration be transferred?
Transfer policy will be detailed in the official registration terms. Generally, transfers may be permitted before a specified deadline with prior intimation to the Registration Committee.
What is the refund policy?
20% administrative charges will be deducted if cancellation is done before 15 August 2027. Cancellations after 15 August 2027 will not be refunded. No refund is applicable for pre-conference workshops and CMEs. See the Registration Guidelines for full details.
How can an abstract be submitted?
Abstracts will be accepted only through the online abstract submission portal once it is activated. Detailed guidelines on format, categories, and deadlines will be provided.
Can multiple abstracts be submitted?
Yes, an author may submit more than one abstract. However, the presenting author must be a registered delegate.
Is accommodation included in the registration fee?
No. Accommodation is separate and subject to availability. The committee will assist in facilitating bookings.
Will participation certificates be issued?
Yes. Certificates of participation will be issued to registered delegates who attend the conference. CPD credit hours, if approved, will be indicated on the certificate.
